Stanford Suites 2 comes after the success of its predecessor, Stanford Suites 1, which has presented a smarter way of condo living. Now, it’s time to up the ante and level-up Stanford Suites’ trademark “smart features”. Living spaces are maximized by employing load-bearing walls that eliminate bulky columns and wasted spaces. This modular design allows buyers to combine 2 to 3 units in the uppermost floor to suit their personal space requirement.
Aside from its world-class Aquatrium, it will also feature more amenities such as the Sky Lounge and a Function Hall for a better living experience. The presence of Pocket Gardens on each floor allow fresh nature breeze to circulate within the tower.
A commercial strip is found in the upper and lower ground floors of the building and is now accepting intent to lease for interested leasees. Residents will soon enjoy the convenience of having a nearby shopping hub to provide for life’s basic essentials.
